Artist & Label Executive Assistant

Shellac Global Entertainment is seeking a highly organized Artist & Label Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations across Shellac Records and artist projects. This position works closely with executive leadership and requires someone who can keep multiple moving parts organized without needing constant direction.
Approx. 10–12 hours/week to start, with room to expand.
Growth Marketing Coordinator

Brand Partnerships & Outreach Representative

Brand prospecting, partnership outreach, campaign leads, sponsorship opportunities and business development.

Creator and talent communication, onboarding support, scheduling, campaign coordination and talent follow-up.
Creator Campaign Coordinator

UGC, influencer and ambassador campaign organization, talent communication, deliverables, deadlines and campaign tracking.
Production & Content Assistant

Shoot coordination, call sheets, production assistance, pre-production support, content organization and basic post-production coordination.
